St. Patrick's Day!

Grandma Dorothy visited for St. Patricks Day dinner. Vickie made up a nice dinner of corned beef, potatoes, carrots, and... sauerkraut. Vickie doesn't like boiled cabbage, so it's sort of a nod to that tradition.

Dan, of course, is skiing in Colorado with Heather's family. He called last night and said that it was great powder all morning yesterday. I'm insanely jealous, of course, but there are taxes to do!

Vickie and Rob made special St. Patrick's Day cookies and served them up in a special dessert:
