Life is Busy!

I always forget how the pace of life speeds up drastically after Thanksgiving. Work goes crazy, as everybody races to get things done by year end. Shopping, the tree, the lights - well, you can't do everything.

But John did a nice job at their house:



Retta, Jay, Ben and Anna share the coolest lights on the block with Grandma!


Dan has done the lights here the last few years, but he's a busy guy. He has a paying gig tomorrow for a private party, and another one next Saturday for a heart association benefit. And, of course, the usual homework and craziness.

Vickie and I, we have a nice, quiet dinner date tonight. I can't wait!
