Dan and 201 of his friends
The All-State concert last night was wonderful. It sounds like the conductor was tough on them, but he whipped them into a great-sounding unit. I will post more pictures later, but for now here is a brief excerpt from Wagner's "Rienzi" overture. I think I can post a longer one later. Dan is right in front of the thing that looks like a big black speaker. The close-up below may help you find him.

That was just beautiful! I wish I could have been there to hear the entire thing.
