Starting home...
Today was our last day on Cape Cod. We packed up our stuff, shipped a couple of boxes home so we would have less stuff to carry, and drove away from the cottage to Boston.
Here is our farewell picture of the family at the cottage:

I'll explain how my arm got so long another time...
And now are in Boston. We're in a hotel across the river from Cambridge, and we walked over to Harvard Square to find dinner. Here the gang enjoys after-dinner ice cream near the square:

And here they look in a watch shop, as if pondering the vacation time slipping away...

We fly home Monday afternoon. We hear there was a big storm while we've been away, so we're trying to arrange for the debris to be ready for the city to pick up by their Monday morning deadline. It will be interesting to see whether the terror attacks in London and Glasgow will slow down the security checks here. We have a rented SUV; I'd better keep it away from the terminal.
Many, many pictures to come...

Cape Cod always looks so nice. What was the favourite spot of La Familia Kristan this year?
Peggy, I think everybody would say Marconi Beach, boogieboarding and soaking up the sun...
