Last Day of School!
West Des Moines schools finish today for the Summer. Dan has one final exam left, in Western Civ. I quizzed him as part of his studying last night, and he covered a lot of ground this semester - from the Magna Carta to the Holy Roman Empire, from Cromwell to Napoleon, and on up through the 19th Century. I think his brain may be full-up this morning.
Bobby will have a longer day today, but they don't have final exams in third grade.
After today, the schools will hold nothing more stressful for the boys than Frisbee for awhile.

The students here in Scotland are still in school until July 6th! On top of that they go back in August! Not much summer holiday, is it?
It was very good of you to help Dan with his history. I've seen a copy of the Magna Carta. Its all in bloody latin!
