All-State

The All-State concert was a blast. We had the traditional meeting of Valley High All-state qualifiers at Hickory Park in the afternoon. Ribs and ice cream! Fortunately it was an early-enough dinner that I had time to drive from Ames to Des Moines and back for the tickets I forgot.
