No more Jeff?

The current issue of the Cornell College alumni newsletter reports that our old news editor, Jeff Beatty, died April 18. I haven't been able to Google up an obituary on him. Dee Rexroat, the editor of the Cornell Report, says she found out from an obituary register they subscribe to.

Very sad. While people have hoaxed obituaries, it rings true, as Jeff looked sickly every time I saw him, even at Cornell in 1982. Rest in peace, Jeff.
