More from the opening game
The pictures of the band at the football game didn't come out very well. We got a few decent shots if we didn't zoom in...
...but at the low light levels, the zoomed shots came out blurry. When the camera is set for low light levels, you have to hold it very still - impossible to do on the crowded aluminum bleachers. Here's one of the better ones of Dan in full uniform. Note that the drums are holding together well.
Bobby was disheartened by the score, but he hung in there the best he could.
Afterwards Dan and I stayed to help clean the stands as part of a band fund-raising effort. If you ever wondered, stadium stands are disgusting places after a game. I actually found a used diaper under a seat. Yuk! Must have been somebody from the other school...
