Not your ordinary Sears lamp


A lamp from the Salon/saloon in the William A. Irvin. This picture doesn't do justice to how heavy and rugged this lamp looks. Despite it's enormous size, they still couldn't quite squeeze in all of Lake Ontario.



I wonder if the artisan who built this did the lakes and then realized it wouldn't fit in his little quadrangle, so he just lopped off the extra Great Lake. Measure twice, cut once!

Even without the full compliment of Great Lakes that is one spectacular lamp!! I wonder how I could go about getting one.
