Washout

I had expected to post about yesterday's Beaverdale Bluegrass Festival back in the old neighborhood (we lived there as recently as 1994 or so). They had some great acts booked.

But it rained, and the wind dropped a small branch on my car in my driveway right about when the first act was supposed to start. And then in rained again. And that was it for the festival.

This from the headline act, the Jon Stickley Trio, felt right after the cancellation was announced.

Wait until next year.
