2009 Iowa State Fair, and other distractions
We've been crazy busy getting Rob to school and getting things ready for Dan to go away to college. Dan's friends have just about all gone away to school, and he doesn't leave until next weekend, so he's rattling around, a bit lonesome. We took him to see the Iowa Cubs today, and they were awful - they were shut out 6-0, and they gave up two runs in one inning on an infield single. I never saw that before.
Last weekend we went to the State Fair. This is maybe my favorite picture, seeing Dan and Rob behind the little sign saying he will be seven feet tall when full-grown.
