I love the picture - but it seems to me that old rusty cars should have the old style license plates on them. I liked the fact that you used to be able to tell what state it was by the combination of the plate color and letter color. California used to be black plates with yellow letters. The Iowa plates that I took off my last US owned car were blue with white numbers and letters but I DO remember a time when Iowa plates were green. :-)
